Study Time Green Snack!!

Happy February!!!

How are you all doing? I hope you had a fantastic weekend!!!

It’s Tuesday!! We are in the middle of the week, which means looots to do for everybody!!! For those that go to school, lots to read and hw to do, for those that work, well, go to work! And for those of us that do both… Well!! Can we add about 6 hours to our days? haha :)

And how many times have you found yourself all caught up with whatever you have to do that you didn’t remember to eat? It happens to me a lot and I usually realize that it’s been 10 hours and no munching when I’m super hungry!! So I made the commitment this semester of making snacks that are super nutritious and delicious and that don’t take that much time to prepare.

To Rebel or to not Rebel? Is that the question?

Hi everyone!! How are you? What a cold day here in NYC today!!! Woww!!!

I just got back from class and I am sooo hungry!! Can’t wait to see what’s cooking in the kitchen! ) I’m really loving this new semester in school! Even though I’m going to grad school full time while working, I love what I do so much that it’s exciting!! Classes are fun, the professors so knowledgeable and the books are super interesting! It’s only been a week but I am exciiiteddd!!! :D
